New Apps introduced by Nokia Beta Labs

Nokia, the Finnish mobile phone maker, at the Nokia World 2009 event in Stuttgart,  has announced a number of new services ready for testing .

The most interesting service of Nokia Beta labs is Ovi Lifecasting. This beta tool requires a Nokia N97 device and gets into Facebook  to help members share their status updates and photos with their  Facebook friends as well as their location through the Beta version of Ovi Maps .

Another service called Social Messaging , which is an extension of Nokia Messaging,  involves the foundation for an forthcoming proprietary multi-community social networking client.

Nokia Beta Labs has said that it is discontinuing  Nokia Friend View, which was an trial research project from Nokia Research Center.
