Apple iPhone 4 Press Conference To Discuss The Allegedly Jinxed iPhone 4

Could the iPhone 4 which has tried to be a benchmark in the company’s reputation, have a possibility that it would have been jinxed some how? The Apple product has been shrouded with misfortunes around it, from the time it has been launched. Apple has it’s iPhone 4 press conference today to discuss the issues with the new device.

The place where the iPhone is manufactured, in China, where number 4 is considered extremely unlucky, as the number four in China sounds similar to ‘death’. The people in China try avoid the number much as possible, as it is an omen to them. A suicide case in connection with iPhone was reported recently, when a worker jumped out of the top floor of the building, after he was accused by his superiors that he had lost an iPhone prototype.

Some months later to the incident in China, an engineer was drinking at a pub in Silicon Valley, and then lost track of his iPhone prototype that was with him for testing.

Reports say that the iPhone 4 press conference will begin at 1 p.m. ET.
