Figure skater Kim Yu Na looking forward to winning the Grand Prix Final
World champion figure skater Kim Yu Na enters the Grand Prix Final and hopes to dash anyone else hopes of winning the gold medal at the Vancouver Olympics.
Kim is the favorite to win this year’s crown in Tokyo – which begins on Friday. She is also looking forward to her third GP Final title in four years.
The South Korean superstar has her fair share of rivals too like Miki Ando, Joannie Rochette of Canada, Russia’s Alena Leonova, American Ashley Wagner, and Ando’s compatriot Akiko Suzuki.
This 19-year-old skater made fans when she created a world record in October 2009 – after her winning total of 210.03 at the Trophee Bompard in Paris .
