Veterans Marathon 2009

The first annual Veterans Marathon and Half-Marathon will take place on November 14, 2009.
This Marathon is unlike others in that it will be in reverence to those heroes and servicemen and servicewomen in the entire state and nation who have made a sacrifice for us.
The Marathon begins at 8a.m EST and ends at 2:00pm.
According to the organizers, runners will begin at the west intersection of Chauncey and Van Buren Streets in front of Ball Furniture on the northwest side of the Courthouse Square downtown after which, they will go east on Van Buren, cross the Blue River and turn right onto Tower View Drive.
Please check back on this post for the results once Veterans  Marathon has ended.
Remember that it takes a while for the results to update once the marathon is over.
