Spinners at IPL2 Going Great Guns

This is a bit strange — IPL2 is turning out to be a favoured hunting ground for spinners in nearly every match that has been played so far.

Not the part-time, just rolling-over-their arms kind of bowlers but specialists like Vettori, Kumble and Warne.

Each of them represents different spin types, i.e. left-arm, pacy leg-spin-like and orthodox leg spin and they have been able to take wickets under wet conditions that are prevailing in South Africa right now.

Further, it is becoming increasingly evident that most IPL batsmen aren’t prepared to step down the wicket and charge the bowlers — those who have done, have done it in an utterly hopeless manner.
