Representing Ukraine at Miss World 2008 – Irina (Iryna) ZHURAVSKAYA

Irina (Iryna) ZHURAVSKA is representing Ukraine at the Miss World 2008 pageant at Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg. The finals will be on Saturday 13th December 2008. She hopes to take the crown from current Miss World, China’s Zhang Zilin and is considered afront runner.

Irina (Iryna) ZHURAVSKA is 18 and she is 176cm tall.

She can speak Ukrainian, Russian & English

She grew up in Kiev.

Irina (Iryna) ZHURAVSKA was an award winner in a city-wide competition in Ukrainian grammar and composition.  Not only pretty, she can write.

Irina (Iryna) ZHURAVSKA is studying history, psychology, arts and literature.

She works as a weather forecast announcer.

Irina (Iryna) ZHURAVSKA likes: tennis; traveling; painting; piano; modern dancing; photography; poetry; listening to pop and lounge music; and reading the Russian classics.

Irina (Iryna) ZHURAVSKA’s  favorite foods: cabbage soup, grilled salmon and chocolate!

Irina (Iryna) ZHURAVSKA’s motto – “Step back from evil and create blessings”.
