Nissan Motor Co. may have their focus skewed since Japanese Twenty Somethings Drink Less, Drive Less, Save More.

Still, the company thinks there is a market for its new-look X-Trail SUV for younger drivers.

The X-Trail has 2 and 2.5 liter engines as well as 2- and 4-wheeld drive versions.

Uh…why would anybody NOT want a 4-wheel drive

Oh….people want to look like they will go off road, but, not go there.

The second generation X-Trail is 2.4% cheaper but still goes for $17k-21k.

Nissan's X-Trail will automatically detect the best path when taking curves in order to prevent slipping.

The SUV can automatically descend hills and when climbing brake pressure is maintained for a couple of seconds even AFTER the driver takes his/her foot off the pedal.

Nissan continues its emphasis on safety…adding to that now an appeal to the young.
