After suing Samsung, Kodak goes after Apple and RIM

If one has been following Kodak recently, and about them suing Samsung it seems that have not got enough of it, Kodak’s attorneys are all set for three separate lawsuits against the likes of companies such as Apple and RIM.

Two out of the three cases against them are replicated of the ones they had with Samsung, specially the one regarding the International Trade Commission complaint. IPhone are Blackberry are said to be using softwares developed by Kodak illegally.

Kodak when asked in their statement said that, they are no trying to remove anyone from the market, but it sure seems like Kodak wants to been in the news somehow, this time with lawsuits against Apple and RIM that are doing currently really well in the market.
