iPhone owner Sues AT&T & Apple for Tricky MMS Marketing
An iPhone user has filed a lawsuit against AT&T & Apple regarding multimedia messaging, which still is not made available for iPhone users in the US.

Deborah Carr was the owner of the iPhone that Filed the lawsuit in Ohio, the lawsuit alleges that AT&T and Apple used tricky marketing to deceive their users into agreeing that multimedia messaging would be made available for iPhones by the start of June and it seems in a few days it will be September.
Apple has not made or announced any type of comment on the reasons for the delay and on the other hand AT&T made a vague statement, saying the reason was not related to AT&T’s 3G network.
