Delhi Half Marathon 2009 Results
Thousands of people took part in the Delhi Half marathon in India which comprised of two marathons- one for the elderly people marathon and the other was a general marathon. . Bollywood Superstar Shahrukh Khan was at Vinay Marg to encourage the participants who came from all walks of lifef
Deriba Merga of Ethiopia won the Half Marathon in about an hour in the male category while Marry Kitney won the title in the womens category.
Once the two marathons were over, a ‘Great Delhi Run’ took place at 9.30 am.
Marathons in India are events that are much awaited for every year sonce people from across the country participate to promote the cause they are running for.
