Stress Patch Created for your Pets

The Japanese are on a roll. Having just made life easier for the elderly by creating a diaper with a censor that will automatically pump itself dry, keep a log of 'activity' and in the future send a wireless message to caregivers about impending action….the Japanese have turned their attention to making life easier for their pets.

The first step…to know when the little fellows are stressed out.

In a real turn of events, Toyama Universisty tested the patch on humans and found it worked well.

So, they applied the patch to Felix and Spot and found that it could detect stress in their beloved pets as well.

At least they think it is stress….nobody really knows what sweaty paws on an animal means, now do they?

The patches will go on sale later this year…and the price is yet to be determined.

Overseas pet owners will have to wait.

Do you think your pet might be stressed out? Hiding under the couch might be a good indicator.
