Capsule Hotels in London

London's Gatwick Airport has taken a cue from Japan's capsule hotels and luxury airline travel.

The man credited with bringing conveyor belt-style sushi restaurants to Britain is bringing YOTELs to London.

The YOTEL is designed to "provide the ideal solution to early morning flights and long, scheduled transfers, as well as unexpected flight delays and cancellations."

Do they realize they are going to need a lot more of these things than the 46 cabins currently available, what with all the flying fiascos that are going on?

The capsules will have:

2. luxury bedding

3. high-end bathroom fittings

4. free digital television

5. radio

6. Wi-Fi Internet

By the time the traveler figures

everything out, it will be time to get up or get out.

The can be booked by the hour or  by the night, starting from $50 (6,000 yen).

Now, if they could arrange to have the capsule onloaded to the plane when it is time to go withOUT waking the passenger up, they would really be on to something.

Is this something you can see yourself using?
