YG Entertainment celebrate 15th anniversary in Japan

Korean record label YG Entertainment has recently completed 15 years and celebrated its anniversary in an event in Japan. The concerts organized by the agency attracted more than 200,000 people.

The event was known as the ‘YG Family Concert’ and was held on January 21 and 22, 2012 at the Saitama Super Arena located at the north of Tokyo. The concert featured most of the popualr K pop stars of the agency including 2NE1, Gummy, Big Bang, Se7en, Psy and Tablo.

The artists then entertained the audience by a joint performance along with their hit songs. Komuro Tetsuya, one of the most popular music producers in Japan and Gummy took the stage for a social performance.

Tetsuya said that he was honoured to be performing with Gummy. The music producer added that if he got another opportunity then he would surely like to be on the stage with the singer. After the concerts the singers of YG entertainment returned to Seoul.
