What Happens When You Lose it on a Mountain Bike at 107mph (video)

Japanese TV showed this guy in Nicaragua.

The guy broke the down hill mountain bike record the first time down at 163kph (101mph).

Then decided to give it a second try.

Yup…it's usually the last trip down the hill (skiing, too) when a person hurts themselves.

The commentator said he broke bones in 11 places…but could be consoled because though the frame of his mountain bike broke he also broke the record again topping out at 172 mph.

And he lived!

Next?!

*giggle* I think the writer is having a joke at us.
Of course it’s the last trip down when people get hurt!
Because when they get hurt they stop riding!
It’s like that old joke: when you’re looking for something, it’s always in the last place you look. Why? Because when you find it, you stop looking!
