Tiger Woods Afraid of Japan? – TBS Bugs Participant to Catch Teen Golfing Prodigy

The Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS) has been busted for putting a bug on one participant in the Kanto Amateur Golf Championship in hopes of overhearing what the 15-year old prodigy, Ryo Ishikwa, was saying.

Something like "Did you read that new Japanese/English Manga Ello Bello?"

"Nah…you understand English, Ryo?

"No, but maybe I can pick some up by reading that manga online. See! My little amazing, do everything, even calculate the wind speed and angle of the greens cell phone also can download web pages. Gives me something to do when I am not winning professional tournaments like the Munsingwear Open KSB Cup."ryo.ishikawa.jpg

"Wow….excuse me…did you get that in the van you guys?"

The News & Info Variety presenter for TBS offered a 'profound apology'

 

and refused to step down.

"I'd like to work hard with the program staff to support the program so that it can meet viewers' expectations." Even if it means bugging people. But, next time…I won't get caught.

Now when is it Tiger Woods will be in Japan next?
