The Chinese don't seem to care what they eat….

The Japanese on the other hand are looking for ways to better improve the quality of their main dish…including stress-free tuna.

Apparently the fish will thrash about wildly when caught causing its body temperature to raise and making its meat whiten…thus cutting the flavor and tuna.stress.jpgthe value.

A Hokkaido prof says people want to eat the fish when its as fresh as possible…NOT after a struggle.

When too many are trapped in one place, they struggle even

more.

Gee, I wonder why.

"I'm trapped! They are coming after me with a hammer! Stop pushing! Give me some room! Duck! Wow, that was close! Here he comes again!"

I reckon all of those thoughts would cause me to stress out a bit, too and I'm not even a fish getting served for dinner …as the main course!

How about…here tuna, tuna! Here! Tuna, tuna…..

The profs conclusion…"Kill them very quickly."

Yea. Die! Now! No time for stress under those circumstances.

When do you stress out?
