Sony Blu-Ray and Toshiba HD DVD are duking it out to see which format will attract movie studios to use them.

Sony has made some serious progress in winning the battle.

1. Warner Bros Entertainment has opted to use the Blu-ray technology.

2. Sony sold 1.2 million PS3 machines over the holidays. The PS3 also works as a Blu-ray player.

Sony can hope to gain even more sales of its core electronic products if

Just when everyone thought the Nintendo Wii was the way to go, Sony is showing the electronics world that the company still knows how to do business, eh?
