Rubber found in bottle of Coca-cola soft drink – 134,000 bottles recalled

Coca-Cola (Japan) Co. and others in its group said it will recall 134,000 bottles of soft drinks.

The reason: a piece of rubber was found inside a two-liter bottle of Aquarius – a sports type drink.

Two-liter plastic bottles of Aquarius and Hajime Jikkuri Umami green tea will be recalled because a one centimeter long piece of rubber was found in an Aquarius bottle produced on Nov. 29th at Kinki (its real name) Coca-Cola Bottling Co.'saquarius.jpg Akashi Plant.

The piece of rubber came off a pipe attached to the production line.

Still it beats finding a finger in a bowl of chili or some other kind of rubber.

What do you think?
