Rosh Hasahanah, Buddhism and Christianity

What does the Jewish Rosh Hashanah, Buddhism and Christianity have in common?

Can you spell M-O-N-E-Y?

There is, was and will be to come always someone trying to make a buck from it.

There is a Synagogue Seat Going for $1.8 million on eBay.

When the VIP funeral people came to the morgue within an hour of the time my Japanese father-in-law died, they opened up their sales book propaganda, divided in increments of price for flowers, priests, incense and decorations…clearly stating

“the more you spend, the happier the deceased will be” and you do NOT want to disappoint him…the dead was lying just 2-3 feet away.touchdown_jesus.jpg

Talk about making the best/most of a situation.

On I-75 between Cincy and Dayton there is a huge “Touchdown Jesus” outside the front of people willing to spend way too much money for nothing in return other than…well, I am not sure what they expect from it and I have been with the church for a long long time.

I do know this, however, Jewish, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism…take your pick….take all of them. Someone is trying to make money off the faithful.
