Preschools Receive Extortion Threats

Several preschool centers in Saga, Japan have received threats…give us some money or we beat your kids.

There are definintely knotheads on both sides of the big pond, but for some reason, Japan seems to have more than its fair share…or perhaps it's because when teachers get out of line they make the news.

What kind of people would try to extort money from teachers or organizations that care for preschoolers by threatening to harm the little tikes?

Can people get any lower?

And they say Japan is one of the most 'civilized' countries in the world.

"They" better reconsider.
