Nick Ramsey – Doing What I Can’t Do

Nick Ramsey is doing something I can't do.

I wanted to start a social network type site for Japanese goings on. I had the idea first but I couldn't make it go.

He could and is.

JapanSoc is a Japanese social networking site where bloggers and other interested Japanophiles go to make plugs for their writing or things they think are interesting.

It's a great place to meet others writing about Japan, to know about Japan, to put in your two cents. I do…and often I am offered up change.

Nick has been in Japan for a while – 10 years is longer than a whole staff of teachers at some language schools.

Nick will be guest blogging tomorrow.

He has something I guarantee you have never heard of. Okay, I never heard of it despite my 20 some years in Japan.
