NHK Apologizes for Topless Broadcast
NHK is Japan's national broadcaster. Every New Year's Eve NHK puts on a music special.
This year it seems the it was too special.
Dancers appeared to be topless and with skimpy bikini-style bottoms and feathered headdresses.
They covered the stage during a performance by singer DJ OZMA. About 250 viewers phoned in to complain.
The dancers, however, were wearing bodysuits….bodysuits.
NHK is apologizing for the 'misunderstanding' and a local media outlet said they 'looked a bit too real.'
No mind…it was good for ratings = good for business for NHK.
Too real?
What do you think?
Repeat after me…they are bodysuits…bodysuits.
