Miss Universe, Riyo Mori’s – Disciplined Life

One of Japan’s dirtiest magazines, Shukan Jitsuwa, couldn’t find much to report on Japan’s new world champ, Riyo Mori, in the way of unpleasantness.

Rather, Mori is portrayed as a self-disciplined woman with a degree of maturity well beyond her 20 years.

Her home, rather her father’s home is located in Shizuoka city and said to be worth about 300 million ($2.6 million).

Her father is a civil servant and her mother operates a successful dance school and Riyo works as an instructor.

Having spent a summer in Canada, at times, Riyo pitches in to help her charges with English.

Riyo’s mother’s school has a reputation for being strict but also at a high-level.

Riyo’s grandfather was in the

Self-Defense Forces and was brought up strictly.

At 16-years of age, Riyo was taken out of the prestigious Tokoha Gakuen High School and sent to Canada to undergo even more severe training.

As for boyfriends….Riyo says “Dancing is my first love.”

With discipline and commitment, Riyo is considered the number one beauty in the world. And at the young age of 20, she has plenty of time to find trouble with the opposite sex….but, apparently, not yet.

Which is more important, discipline and hard work, or good genes and natural beauty?
