Miss Universe Riyo Mori – Arrogant and Dumb

Japan doesn’t love their new star…though the rest of the world thinks she is the most beautiful…well, at least the Miss Universe judges think so.

The consensus of Japanese entertainment reporters – Riyo Mori is arrogant and dumb.

One reporter -  ‘How the hell did she become Miss Universe?’

Another – “She used a microphone to point at us. Hands on her hips created a bad impression. She looked down on Japan. (She couldn’t point out one Japanese star who is her favorite. This may be more a commentary on the lack of stars in Japan…but…)

When she was asked what it felt like to be thought of as the most beautiful woman in the world…she SPAT!

‘That’s a mistake. Miss Universe is not a beauty contest,’ replied Mori.

Mori wants to follow in the steps of last year’s runner up,

Kurara Chibana, who is now a TV current affairs reporter. Mori is actively courting talent agencies…but…the entertainment beat reporters aren’t too optimistic.

“She’s not a good speaker. She doesn’t have the intellect of Chibana and she is arrogant,” says yet another reporter. ‘The ‘average’ woman working on TV looks even a bit more attractive.’

Maybe…but the ‘average’ woman isn’t Miss Universe.
