Nagoya Zoo’s Monkey Rely on Space Heater

A zoo just north of Nagoya placed an electric heater outside to keep the zookeepers warm in daytime temperatures of around 13 degrees celsius (60F).

Now, this worked just fine in previous years.

The little monkeys just hung around in the trees as usual.

But, this year, the Madagascar ringtail lemurs suddenly showed interest in the heater, and the lemurs now crowd out the staff.

So, the zookeepers may have to rely on gloves again.

Is that a National-Panasonic heater, maybe?
