It’s gotta be there somewhere. Here’s a pic of some fellas being judged in hopes of becoming the King of Tattoo at the art festival in Ebisu Japan.

The event lasted three days.

Kind of reminds me of Best Selling Female Author, Shoko Tendo and her full Body Tattoo.
