Japanese Companies are big. But how big are they? And how much are they worth?

Here are numbers 41-50 in declared income – in millions of dollars.

10. JR East                   - 2,750

 9. Nissan                     – 2,790

 8. National Mutual     – 2,810

 7. Kansai Electric     – 3,151

 6. Takeda Pharm      – 3,172

 5. Honda                    - 3,367

 4. Canon                     - 3,616

 3. Nippon Life           – 4,029

 2. NTT DoCoMo       – 4,378

and far far ahead

 1. Toyota                     – 7,933  

Total                 $37.996 Billion

The top Fifty had combined sales of $84 Billion. Nearly half of that was sold by the top 12 on the list.
