Japanese Research Group Pinpoints Key Point in Male-female Evolution

A Japanese research team claims to have discovered the gene in a certain kind of algae that could indicated the exact point in evolution when living things determine, oops, slip into the male or female gender.

The gene that was discovered is thought to have the function of differentiating the roles of sperm and egg in sexual reproduction.

Well, if we were all the same kind of algae they might be on to something. Nah…they wouldn’t.

I once had a long talk with a Japanese scientist doing research atevolution.jpg Stanford…about design and evolution.

The conclusion – Bill, you may be right but if I were to say so, then we scientists wouldn’t have anything else to investigate.

Translation – so-called scientists are trying to explain how things might have happened had their not been a designer.

What do you think?
