Sony PS3 Theft Leads to Death
It sounds too much like a game that might be played on the PS3 console – cops, robbers, victims, gun shooting, happy endings.
Not this time.
An 18-year old was accused of stealing two consoles from a student in North Carolina who had paid $641 each for them at a Walmart. You know if it costs over $600 at a Walmart, it must be expensive elsewhere.
When the police served the warrant, a trigger happy deputy shot the boy…and
his dog, too!
Perhaps the deputy thought he was doing to be zapped, pilfered or evaporated by the consoles buttons.
Obviously, this is not Sony's fault. But somebody has to break the news to the young man's family.
What do you think?
