Remote Control Helicopter – Robo Hopper is Coming

Kyosho Corp will release a remote control helicopter – Robo Hopper – next month.

The palm size robot with a helicopter on its back weighs just 13 grams – .5 oz.

The toy uses automatic controls for rotor revolutions.

So, um, what is the remote for?

It will run on AA-size batteries. 

15 minutes of charge will last for five minutes of flying.

Some 25 helicopters can fly at the same time to make for competitions.

If it breaks, replacement parts are available and easy to install.

The price – Y10,700 ($100)

And, best of all…just in time for Christmas.
