Nintendo has plans for a video game that will go on its Nintendo DS handheld machine.

The new video game, "Heart Scan" made by Sega Corp will employ a microphone to analyze people's voices for a range of feelings – calm, jittery, happy, disappointed, angry, lying sack of doodoo…

Numbers, drawings and charts pop up when the user reads words -

rendezvous, extramarital affair, living together, divorce, marriage.emotion.video.game.jpg

The 'sensibility technology' was codeveloped by Advanced Generation Interface Japan Inc. and SGI Japan.

Warning – playing the game may result in undesired social conflicts.

Sounds like a simple version of a lie detector test. But, it also claims to read other emotions.

Does this sound like a game you want to play?

Anybody you want to play with?
