I also posted this reply to your question on my blog. I saw this manga announcement earlier, probably the best URL to use is http://www.risingsunofnihon.com/tags.html?tag=ello%20bello&blog_id=107 since that should give a list of all the comic images, right?
I also think that there are other approaches to making a multi-lingual manga that are more technically advanced – e.g., javascript pop-ups over text bubbles as can be automatically generated using Great Manga Application Onidzuka. (See an example of the Javascript pop-up bubbles here)
