Iran's biggest customer is Japan – 7 million kiloliters in 2006.

The United States is the biggest pain in Iran's backside – at odds because of the nuclear development in Iran and imposing economic sanctions.

Japan is the United States best friend….

Iran expects to have problems using dollars if the U.S. continues with sanctions…

Result – Iran wants Japan to pay with yen.nippon.oil.jpg

Nippon Oil Corp will comply.

Showa Shell Sekiyu KK, Cosmo Oil Co. and Japan Energy Corp.

are said to be also considering a switch.

When that happens, the United States will persuade Japan to impose economic sanctions and freeze the yen as well.

Why can't we all just get along?
