Japan, EU Submit Draft Denouncing North Korean Abductions

North Korea is hurting big time for friends now…as if they cared.

The European Union and Japan have submitted a draft to a committee of the U.N. General Assembly that denounces North Korea’s abduction of foreign nationals.

North Korea has admitted to Japan 13 cases ofnorth korean abductor.jpg abduction. Five of those were returned to Japan and eight, according to North Korea, have died.

Japan says there are more.

In any event, North Korea is obviously guilty.

Question: What is it the EU, Japan and others are expecting to get from this resolution?

It’s already clear what the nature of the DPRK is.

Is this resolution heading somewhere?

What do you think?
