China seems to be becoming more sensitive to intellectual property rights of other countries and companies….well, some of China is.

Still there is a Chinese firm that is being investigated by the U.S. International Trade Commission for patent infringement of Honda Motor Co.’s small engines.wuxi, jiangsu.jpg

Wuxi Kipor Power Co. of Wuxi, which sits between Shanghai and Nanjing is accused by American Honda Motor Co. of stealing, reverse engineering, ripping off its ideas for small engines – portable generators and water pumps that get sold in the U.S.

Of course, the company is doing it without permission from Honda, Japan or Honda, America.

Wuxi is said to be the home of the best wives in China. Well, it seems the loyalty of some of those wives will be tested when their husbands are locked up for patent infringment.

What do you think?
