Honda the Number One Engine in the World!

Honda made 19.6 million engines last year – more than any other company in the world.

Of those engines, 3.4 million went into Honda’s own cars and trucks….making Honda number eight in that department.

Honda knows engines.

Honda has the lowest average emission level among major automakers – .31 gm/mile of smog forming chemicals.

GM has almost three times that – .84.

Honda cars also have the highest average fuel economy at 29 mpg…GM’s is 22.9 mpg.

Honda is the Greenest major automaker there is.

Honda is also in good fiscal shape with $7.5 billion in net cash and securities.

Last year Honda set a record earning about $5.5 billion up 23%. Sales were up 14.5% at about $95 billion.

Honda is Japan’s OTHER car maker.

But it might not be that way for always.
