Hiding Alarm Clock Hit in Japan – Nanda Clocky

The alarm clock sounds off and then runs away…rolls about the room and hides so that users have to get up to turn it off.

It's a hit in Japan….and probably could be anywhere.

The clock – Nanda Clocky – was designed three years ago by a Gauri Nanda who was studying in the United States at the time.

When the young lady, then 27, had her own hard time of getting up, she came up with the idea….formed a company and launched the product.

The alarm clock retails for 8,400 ($70).

People everywhere are wondering…what excuse can they use now if/when they are late for school/work?
