Global Warming Causes Money to Rain Down?

Tokyo is not the only place where it rains money.

It seems the new weather phenomenon is working its way around the globe.

In the small German town of Worms a 24-year old woman noticed money flying through the air in her rear view mirror..

Breaks, mad rush to collect as much as possible…and a trip to the police.

The exact amount of the money, euros, has not been announced in hopes that the owner might come forward to claim it.

Yeah…another fat chance of

that.

Shouldn't people who are dumb enough to lose money NOT be allowed to have it back…and those who find it, be allowed to keep it?
