There’s a bridge called the Rainbow Bridge that crosses over from Odaiba, an artificial island that sits in Tokyo Bay.

The island was built for defensive purposes more than 100 years ago. It was expanded in the late 1900′s as a seaport district. From the late 1990s it has become a major commercial, residential and leisure area.

There are things to do and see on Odaiba -

And of course, you can cross the Rainbow Bridge. But, once you have crossed it, there is no turning back.

Odaiba is the

13th of 46 most visited sights in Tokyo.
15th of 469 most visited sights nationwide.
