Fuji Xerox finds competitor in Konica Minolta
Konica Minolta thinks it has a chance to win business from smaller printing companies away from Fuji Xerox.
Konica Minolta did what Japan does best….made a good product better, more efficient and cheaper.
By eliminating parts and production costs in existing models, Konica can offer a printer that can print 65 pages per minute for 6.96 million, less than half the going rate for a conventional model.
Konica thinks that their new On Demand Publisher C65L will satisfy the needs of smaller companies.
Fuji Xerox yawned.
Still…it's what Japan does best. Japan makes things more cheaply by producing them more efficiently.
What do you think?
