Foreign Cars Pinched by Japanese Imports to Japan

Japan is importing more Japanese made cars into Japan.

Huh?!

Japanese brand cars made overseas are being imported to Japan at a 9.1% higher rate than a year ago..to 18,096.

Nearly 4,000 of those cars were Japanese cars….Nissan Motor Co's Dualis SUV was the top car.. 

It was also the fifth month in a row that imports of Japanese cars went up.

Other foreign carmakers saw a dip of 1.5%.

VW sold the most – 3,190

Mercedes-Benz was next – 3,158.

Why would anybody ever want to drive a gaisha in Japan is beyond me.

But, they were there…handle on the wrong side and the driver looking, um, 'cool'
