Drunk Bar Sitting Kills Woman

A 51-year old woman was sitting at a bar having a drink, perhaps contemplating how dangerous it would be to drive home drunk, when suddenly a car came ramming into the bar and crushed her against the counter….to contemplate no more.

At about 11pm a 61-year old driver of a car failed to make a turn at a T-intersection where the bar sat at the point of intersection.

The driver said, "I rammed into the bar before I knew what was happening."

There were six other customers in the bar at the time and one other was slightly injured.

The smasher was arrested on suspicion of professional negligence resulting in death and injury.

Ah…safe on my bar stool, unwinding from a day of sales, good conversation, (if I can remember it tomorrow…) BLAM!

I have never ever heard anybody say, "I wish I HAD been drinking at the time." Have you?
