That panel was the main thing holding me in, and it was all I could do to cling to my wobbly lap bar for dear life while the forces of the ride's movement threatened to toss me out at any moment. It was probably less than 15 seconds before the operator got the ride stopped, but it was the longest 15 seconds of my life.
