As a result, Halloween comes early in Japan.

Cosplayers = Costume Playerers can be found coming and going to the Kansai Int’l airport, and not on brooms, nor at all fearful.

I can ‘get’ sorta why Japanese like to dress up. It’s a lot about appearance and not much about substance.
