Christmas in Japan Sets New Record for Early

Kobe Harbourland and my neighbor would get along grand. My wife and I can’t tell if my neighbor put his Christmas lights up early for this year or just left them up from last year. Doesn’t matter in the big picture I suppose.

Kobe Harbourland has put up a Christmas tree already. Santa’s landmark is 21.5 meters (70′) tall. It was put up last Saturday, October 25th.

Of course, KFC is licking their chops, wishing they could have more than one Christmas each year. Go figure…Christmas day is the single best selling day for the Colonel year-around.

What’s the earliest sign of Christmas you have ever seen? Besides my neighbors, of course.
