Chinese President Hu and Japanese Prime Minister Fukuda Will Swap Visits next year.
PM Fukuda told Chinese Premiere Wen in Singapore that he wanted to go to China this year, but the days are numbered and he is found wanting.
President Hu wants to come to Japan next year.
It will be the first visit by a Chinese head of state in 10 years.
In any event, when PMs and Presidents get together, they like to have something to show for it.
Better understanding, deals, exchanges, deals, talks, deals.
Next year promises to be a big one for relations between Japan and China.
