Chinese Most Guilty of Criminal Offenses By Foreigners in Japan
More than 10,000,000 Japanese travel overseas. In 2004 there were just 585 crimes reported involving Japanese overseas.
By contrast crimes committed by foreigners in Japan are on the rise.
Just 8 years ago there were 5,382 people arrested and more than 21,000 crimes were alledged to have been committed by foreigners.
Last years report stated that 8,898 foreigners had been arrested and more than 32,000 crimes were alledged to have been committed.
The biggest offenders are the Chinese. (Of course, they make up the largest percentage of foreigners in Japan)
48% of the persons apprended in Japan were Chinese.
6.9% were Korean
6.5% were Vietnamese
There is enough bad blood between Japan and China that Japan does not need Chinese coming to its country and committing any such crimes.
What do you think?

This may be awful to say but if those Chinese being apprehended are Communists, then I would say I am not surprised. A lot of dismantling of values in Red China happened since 1949, particularly during the Cultural Revolution. It is not to say there aren’t villainous free Chinese, either, but I am sure the post-Revolution period wasn’t that helpful for our people.
