Nintendo Co. is cleaning up in the game wars.

Now the company hopes to ride that wave and get more individuals to buy into its dream.

The Bank's Shareholding Purchase Corp. will sell of about 1.4% of Nintendo's outstanding stock - valued at 67.2 billion yen.

Nintendo created a hit with Wii and its DS hand-held video game systems.

The price will be determined based on closing prices from 3/5-3/8 on the Osaka Securities Exchange.

I have never purchased stock and don't plan to…but if I were to start now…I would start with Nintendo next week.
