Baby Drop Off Gets First Customer

The controversial baby drop off in Kumamoto got its first customer, visitor, I am not sure what to call the little guy – tike come to live, abandoned child?

A three-year old boy was dropped off in the afternoon of the day the "Akachan Posuto: Konotori no Yurikago" (Baby Postbox: Stork's Cradle) was opened on May 10th.

One wonders…what would have happened to the boy if there were no drop off.

Would the parents have toughed it out?

would the baby still be with biological relatives?

Could some much worse fate have befallen the child?

Is the drop off giving parents an 'out' when they shouldn't be given an option?

Is it a good option?

Too many questions that will need time to answer them.
