3 Conditions to Normal Relations between Japan and North Korea
It's clear. North Korea needs Japan much more than Japan needs North Korea.
The South Korean Prime Minister told Japan's PM Fukuda that North Korea sees the need to normalize ties with Japan.
The two PMs met for almost an hour at the association of Southeast Asian Nations.
PM Roh relayed to PM Fukuda that the dear leader recognizes the need.
Fukuda said Japan will help them out with economic assistance one issues are
resolved about:
1. nuclear weapons
2. abductions
3. missiles
It's going to be a while before the North sees any help from Japan, I am afraid.
